Analysis & Advice

All the information clearly explained for you

After carefully analyzing your information, needs, and goals, I will compare and select mortgage options—and, if applicable, insurance policies—that best suit your situation. You will receive a financial advisory report that clearly outlines everything.

This report also outlines the financial risks you face. That way, you’ll know exactly where you stand in every situation—such as in the event of disability, unemployment, or death.

During a personal online consultation, I’ll walk you through the recommendations step by step. Of course, you’re welcome to ask any questions you may have. I’d love to hear them!

Request

Sign up for your mortgage and insurance

If you agree with the advice, I'll apply for the mortgage and any necessary insurance on your behalf. If you'd like, I can also handle communications with the appraiser, real estate agent, and notary, and apply for the bank guarantee.

Of course, you’ll receive regular updates on this process. You can also track the status of your mortgage application in your personal online portal.

You’ll sign the interest rate offer and the binding mortgage offer. Once your application has been approved by the mortgage lender and insurers, I’ll make sure all relevant documents are submitted to the notary on time. That way, you can start planning your move!

Which mortgage
is right for me?

Currently, you can choose from three different types of mortgages or a combination of them: an annuity mortgage, a linear mortgage, or an interest-only mortgage.

Before 2013, you could also take out other types of mortgages, such as a savings mortgage, a life insurance mortgage, or an investment mortgage. Do you currently have a mortgage that falls under one of these types? If so, you can often transfer it to your new home.

Annuity Mortgage

Are you in no rush to pay off your mortgage? Or do you expect to have more and more disposable income over the course of your repayment period? In that case, an annuity mortgage is often the best option.

Fixed-rate mortgage

Do you want to make relatively large mortgage payments right from the start, so you’ll have more disposable income early on? Or do you expect your income to decrease over time, for example? In that case, a linear mortgage is often a good fit, because you make relatively large payments right from the start.

Interest-only mortgage

Would you like to lower your mortgage payments? With an interest-only mortgage, you don't make any principal payments during the term of your mortgage; you only pay interest.
